Hi, I’m Sarah and I am thrilled that you have stopped by Our Little Family.

Our Little Family is about a little bit of everything you will find tip on organizing, being a single parent, DIY and adventures my son and I have. I have recently found myself as a single mom to one wonderful son so we are just that, a little family.

I am going back to school to become a Vet Tech and currently working as an intern in a wonderful hospital. Going back to school and being a single Mom has left me with very little spare time but I love it all the same. I probably wouldn’t know what do with free time, who needs it right!

We live in Central New York; we love to watch the seasons change not so much the change to snow though. We enjoy going to the local farmers market, lakes and shops. There is a lot to do in Central New York and we try to take in as much as possible.

    My Son

Harrison is 12 years old (yes I know taller than me!) and the most wonderful child! He is funny, creative, caring and has an amazing imagination. Harrison’s loves to swim, have friends over and play video games. He is very independent but also likes doing things as a family.

Harrison is my world and I enjoy every day with him.

    My Hometown: Arizona

I was born and raised in Arizona and it will always be my home. I loved the city life, the warm weather and my community.

 

Growing up in Arizona was wonderful; I had so many opportunities and was able to do so many things. We climbed the mountains, went to museums, had dinner parties and traveled. It was a wonderful childhood.

Harrison and I both have a love of Animals which is evident by the amount of pets we have. Currently we have two dogs, two cats, a tortoise and fifteen guinea pigs (anyone want one J). It is a little crazy around here but we wouldn’t have it any other way.

    Why I blog

I started out blogging to share our lives with family and friends who are far away but it has turned into so much more. I suddenly find myself with so much to say and so many things to share. I have met some great people through my blog and can’t wait to meet even more. Blogging is like therapy for me and I love it.
